​“I need this in a hurry -- like next week. What can I do?!”

 

• All orders are made in the order in which they are placed, so to skip anyone ahead of that queue would be unfair to those who have been waiting the longest. Your order will be completed in the order it was received.

​

• I do accept rush orders IF I am available but there is a $20 fee, for each set, on top of total.

 

 
"What is your return policy?"


I do not accept returns or refunds.


 • As all products are handmade; sometimes there may be imperfections but I do check for any damages before I ship, please consider this before you purchase anything.


 • If you have a problem with your order, please contact me ASAP so we can figure out a solution!


 • You can request a remake for most tops if there are any serious sizing issues and EXACT dimensions were given prior to the order being placed. 

 

• If a remake is agreed upon, I will happily remake your item for you but you must ship the item back to me & a $10 fee is REQUIRED (if EXACT dimensions were not given) for items that need to be remade due to incorrect sizing, to cover the shipping fee. 

 

• If you do not provide EXACT dimensions and agree to a relative size (small, medium, Large, etc) I am not responsible for any material not fitting properly.

What about shipping and processing?

 

Every item will take at least 4/6 weeks (NOT COUNTING WEEKENDS.)

 

• I do accept rush orders but there is a $20 fee on top of total.

 

• If you are outside of the US you MUST cover the shipping fee to your country.

• Every item in my store is completely handmade by me alone and I normally have a consistent high volume of orders. Shipping times reflect this.

• All shipping dates are estimates as well as I am only human and need to account for sick days, mental health days, and emergencies.


• I ship ALL packages via USPS with signature confirmation regardless of the order amount. This step is taken in an effort to reduce fraud and/or packages from being stolen. Shipping costs are posted directly from the United States Postal Service website. I do not allow pick ups, drop offs or meet ups. I am an online business & my safety is important to me. 
**Because I have proof of shipment, I will not be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please be aware of this before purchasing.**


• I will send a tracking number once I have shipped your item. If you have not heard from me, your order has not shipped! 

 

 

Payment

 

All orders are to be paid in full.

• I am currently accepting payment through Cash App/SquareUp/Paypal   

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do NOT have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on my behalf. If so, I will make the necessary changes to correct it immediately. All items are exactly as pictured & described and handmade by me only.   

 

NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS. I am not responsible for any information that wasn’t read. I am not responsible for any items once they leave my place of residence & enter into the United States Postal Service. Please contact their customer service number with your tracking number & any questions.
